I - P - Employee Health: The operation had an employee health policy on file. OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY SIGNED BY EMPLOYEES ON FILE IN THE FACILITY.

III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Observed no towels or hand drying device at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS AT ANY OF THE HANDWASHING SINKS EITHER IN THE KITCHEN OR IN THE BATHROOM. IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD HANDWASHING PRACTICES, THE HANDWASHING SINKS SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH SOAP, HOT WATER, AND PAPER TOWELS. PIC TOLD TO PLACE PAPER TOWELS AT ALL THE SINKS.

VII - Protection from Contamination: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. OBSERVED THE FRY MAKER AND SLICER ARE SOILED. IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHOULD REMAIN CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. PIC INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE FRY MAKER AND SLICER.
