TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINTION THAT CAN CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, THE RAW CHICKEN MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE RAW PORK AND MILK. THE SANITIARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO STORE THE MILK ABOVE THE RAW CHICKEN AND THE RAW PORK COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE RAW CHICKEN.
