| In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on inspection and discussion with staff management. Note, staff informs CDPH to further ensure complete prevention of potential of smoke infiltration there will be a communication with all employees for adequate distance from all entrance doors regarding the permitted outside smoking. Also staff has outlined and implemented a continuous cleaning maintenance for all interior structures and all food contact equipment which was evident at this time of inspection. In addition, Ecolab which provides the monthly exterminating is available at: 1-800-325-1671. |
