BAKERY ITEMS COME IN FROM AN APPROVED SOURCE WITH NO LABEL. THE LABEL IS LOCATED ON THE BOX WHICH GETS THROWN AWAY AFTER PRODUCTS ARE PUT AWAY. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GET A COPY OF THE INGREDIENT LIST AND KEEP IT ON FILE.

FACILITY SHOULD BE UPGRADED TO A RISK LEVEL 4 FROM A LEVEL THREE DUE TO REHEATING IN BULK MORE THAN 1 TIME A WEEK.

FACILITY HOLDS THEIR POP SYRUP RACK IN THE BASEMENT UNDER A SEWAGE PIPE IN THE BASEMENT. A REVIEW OF OTHER LOCATIONS TO STORE THE RACK SHOULD BE CONDUCTED.
