Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. There mold where the ice is made in the ice machine.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Vanilla pudding was discarded.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. The vanilla pudding was dated 9/29. Item discarded. There was an open 1/2 gallon of 1% of milk and a bag of diced chicken that was not dated after it was open for 24 hours. It will be discarded if not dated in the future.

Corrected During Inspection There is no handwash signage at the two handsinks.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. The door gasket on the turbo aire refrigerator is torn. Replace the gasket.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. The bottom of the turbo freezer bottom is soiled.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. The walls in the kitchen have a buildup of dust.
