In-use utensils improperly stored. OBSERVED SCOOP STORED INSIDE WHOLESALE CHILI BIN, REQUIRING CUSTOMERS TO TOUCH THE PRODUCT TO RETRIEVE SCOOP. AN ALTERNATE STORAGE SPACE SHOULD BE ADDED TO ENSURE THAT SCOOPS HANDLES ARE NOT IN CONTACT WITH FOOD.

Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. OBSERVED LIGHTBULB IN PRODUCE WALK-IN COOLER TO BE BURNED OUT, RESULTING IN LESS THAN 1 FOOT CANDLES OF INTENSITY.
