| In regards to the complaint investigation non-compliant findings at this time of inspection based on inspection and discussion with the staff. Note: CDPH is informed the discussed slightly detected offensive basement odor has deterred considerably as well as the water level which is due to maintenance is in the process of confirming a completion of the replacement sub-pump water part. The water level now is observed to be at a minimal of existing and a follow-up inspection is scheduled for early next week to confirm this recent break has been completely eliminated regarding the remaining water and slight offensive odor.
