Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. Observed cooler holding TCS Foods did not have an internal thermometer.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed ceiling tiles and floor tiles missing and some floor tiles were cracked. Please repair or replace any missing tiles.
