Critical Repeat PIC unable to demonstrate knowledge by having no critical violations. OBSERVED CRITICAL VIOLATIONS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. PERSON IN CHARGE MUST MAINTAIN OVERSIGHT OF OPERATION TO ENSURE THAT CRITICAL VIOLATIONS DO NOT OCCUR.

Critical Repeat Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. OBSERVED LACK OF HOT WATER CAPACITY IN RESTROOMS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.

Handwashing sign(s) not posted. OBSERVED THERE TO BE NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE INDICATING THE EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK AT HANDSINKS.
3717-1-04.1(Y)/Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. OBSERVED THERE TO BE NO INTERNAL THERMOMETERS IN COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT AND NO EXTERNAL THERMOMETER ON SINGLE DOOR TRUE COOLER.
3717-1-05.1(B)(2)/Approved plumbing system - cleanable fixtures.
Plumbing fixtures not easily cleanable. OBSERVED PLUMBING FIXTURES (PIPES) TO BE COATED IN GRIME.
Comments
New hot water tank has not remedied capacity issue. Water reaching 110F is in supply in the kitchen but restroom handsinks do not exceed 80F. Re-inspection will occur after discussion with business owner about additional solutions.
