IN ADDITION THE HAND SINK LOCATED IN THE LADIES EMPLOYEES REST-ROOM IS CLOGGED. PROVIDE REPAIRS AS NEEDED TO PLUMBING MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES) PERSON-IN-CHARGE PLACE WORK ORDERS FOR REPAIRS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
