Received a complaint stating "Owner wasn't wearing gloves and was touching face, mouth, and nose - NO handwashing before handling utensils. I left before ordering".
In discussion with staff a communication regarding the nature of this complaint will be forwarded to all staff food handler employees as well as the owner. Although there is no bare hand contact with the food at all times sanitarian informed by staff a adjusted protocol requiring immediate hand washing under the above circumstances to completely ensure Public food safety will be suggested and recommended to the owner and all food handler employees.
