TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION ALL CHEMICALS SHALL BE STORED AWAY FROM FOOD AND LABELED CLEARLY . THE PIC STORED ALL CHEMICALS IN A DRY STORAGE AREA AND THE CHEMICALS HAD THEIR OWN SHELF AND WAS EASY TO IDENTIFY
