No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. Facility did not have copy of written procedures to clean up vomit and diarrheal events. Copy was provided to facility.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed that the ceiling has paint peeling from it and a hole in it. Owner stated that he has talked to the owner of the building and they are waiting for the weather to warm up in order to do repairs to the roof.

Mops dried improperly. Observed mop being stored in bucket in between uses. Mop needs to be stored in a manner where it can completely dry.
