III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Hand washing facilities are properly supplied. OBSERVED ALL HANDWASHING SINKS ARE PROPERLY SUPPLIED WITH WARM WATER, SOAP, PAPER TOWELS AND HANDWASHING SIGNAGE.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed ready to eat TCS foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required. OBSERVED ITEMS THAT WERE READY TO EAT TCS FOODS WERE DATEMARKED.

X - Chemical: Observed toxic materials improperly identified, stored and used. OBSERVED ALL CHEMICALS ARE STORED IN A DESIGNATED AREA AWAY FROM FOOD, DISHWARE, AND UTENSILS .
