OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE NOT WASHING HANDS WHEN CHANGING TASKS FROM CUTTING FOOD TO ANSWERING THE PHONE. TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION'S FOOD EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS AND CHANGE GLOVES WHEN CHANGING TASKS. FOOD EMPLOYEE CHANGED GLOVES AND WASHED HANDS AFTER INSPECTOR BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATTENTION.
