3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. Observed and discussed with staff a hair restraint for the beard is missing for a food handler employee. Properly apply a hair restraint for all food handler employees handling exposed ready-to-eat food in a preventitive of cross- contamination which can cause a foodborne illness.
