In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed. CORRECT BY PROPERLY SEALING AROUND ALL SINKS TO PROTECT AGAINST WATER DAMAGE

Observed an outer opening, window, or door without proper protection against the entry of insects and rodents. OBSERVED LARGE VISIBLE OPENINGS UNDER THE DOORWAYS SEPARATING THE RESTAURANT FROM THE OFFICE BUILDING
To prevent contamination, outer openings of an FSO or RFE shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents as specified in this rule. CORRECT BY PROVIDING PROTECTECTION UNDER DOORWAYS TO MINIMIZE THE ENTRY OF PESTS INTO THE FACILITY
