Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. There is a yeast growing on the shield in the ice machine. Empty, wash, rinse, sanitize before making ice.

3717-1-03.2(W)(3) / Consumer self-service operations - proper monitoring by employees
Critical Self-service operation not properly monitored. Observed students reach in and grab an apple or pear. It is recommended that the whole fruits with edible skins are wrapped in film.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. There is ice dripping from a pipe in the walk in freezer. Eliminate cause of ice.
