Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. THREE COMPARTMENT SET-UP IN THE BATHROOM AT THE HAND SINK.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. CEASE USE FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN HANDWASHING.
3717-1-06.4(O) / Prohibiting animals.
Critical Observed the presence of unapproved animals.
To prevent illness, live animals may not be allowed on the premises of a FSO or RFE except for those described in this rule. REMOVE THE CAT IMMEDIATELY.

3717-1-04(G) / Wood - use limitation.
Unapproved food contact surfaces contained wood and/or wicker.
Because of deterioration and cleaning concerns, wood and wood wicker may not be used as a food-contact surface.

NOTE: FACILITY IS OPERATING OUTSIDE OF CLASS 2 RISK LEVEL. IMMEDIATELY CEASE PROCESSING FOOD (WATERMELON) FOR SALE. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PROCESS FOOD: FACILITY MUST GO THROUGH A PLAN REVIEW TO UPGRADE FOR NEXT YEAR. THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING A FLOOR PLAN AND OBTAINING APPROVAL, APPLYING FOR A CLASS THREE LICENSE, OBTAINING A LEVEL 2 FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION FOR A CLASS 3 FACILITY. FACILITY MAY GIVE AWAY SAMPLES THAT ARE WHOLESOME. No commercial pest control operator; as per PIC have not seen pests. Basic Food Handler certification IS available.
