I INFORMED THE PERSON IN CHARGE THAT THIS FACILITY (DUE TO THE CLASSIFICATION/RISK LEVEL) IS NOT PERMITTED TO PREPARE, COOK OR SELL HOT FOOD ITEMS. DISCONTINUE CARRYING ANY COOKED FOOD ITEMS INSIDE OF THIS FACILITY. MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
