Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES WITH DEBRIS: THE EXTERIOR OF THE STOVE THE STORAGE SHELVING IN THE FOOD PREP AREA AND CUSTOMER'S AREA. THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY MANNER.
