DISCUSSED PROPER COOKING TEMPERATURES, CROSS CONTAMINATION PREVENTION, EMPLOYEE HEALTH, SANITATION AND OTHER FOOD SAFETY PRACTICES. THE OWNER PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL FOODS RECEIVED FROM APPROVED SOURCES AND SYSTEM USED TO TRACK/MONITOR EMPLOYEE HEALTH. RECORDS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED, THERMOMETER IS PROPERLY CALIBRATED AND FOOD LICENSE IS AVAILABLE.
