Comments
In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with the manager for effective employee hand washing and tcs foods temperatures. Note: the tcs foods sausage and eggs are monitored at 38°F to 41°F in cold holding prior to the immediate serving to the public in the cooking process. In addition, CDPH is also forwarding temperature log templates which the manager informed this would be immediately implemented in the daily protocol to ensure proper temperatures for public food safety.
