| FACILITY RECEIVED A COMPLAINT STATING, THERE WERE CRITTERS INSIDE OF THE STORE, THAT THERE WAS HIGH WEEDS AND GRASS. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AD HE SHOWED ME WERE HE HAD JUST CUT THE GRASS AND SHOWED ME A COPY OF THE PEST CONTROL RECEIPT FOR THE FACILITY. HE STATED THEY HAD NO PEST CONTROL PROBLEMS. THERE WAS NO VIOLATIONS FOUND DURING THE TIME OF INSPECTION. |
