IN ORDER TO PREVENT FOODBORNE ILLNESS AND THE GROWTH OF PATHOGENS, ALL COLD HELD TCS FOOD MUST BE HELD AT 41 DEGREES F OR BELOW. ALL ITEMS ARE LISTED ON THE VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION FORM AND WERE DISCARDED AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.
