Repeat Outer opening not protected. OBSERVED GAPS AT BOTTOM AND TOP OF STORM DOOR IN KITCHEN. INSTALL SWEEPS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. OBSERVED HOMESTYLE AMANA REFRIGERATOR, HAMILTON BEACH MICROWAVE, TOASTER, AND SLOW COOKER IN KITCHEN. THESE ITEMS MUST BE REPLACED WITH COMMERCIAL UNITS BEARING NSF OR EQUIVALENT SANITATION CERTIFICATION IF THEY ARE TO BE USED FOR CUSTOMER MEALS.
