OBSERVED THE PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) HAD NOT PROVIDED ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICIES. TO PREVENT THE OCCURRENCES OF FOODBORNE DISEASES IN THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION, THE PIC MUST ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES ARE AWARE OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL MAJOR SYMPTOMS SUCH AS: DIARRHEA, JAUNDICE, VOMITING, THE THIRTEEN REPORTABLE DISEASES, AND COVID - 19. THE SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICIES. PIC RECEIVED THE COPY OF EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY FORM.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1)/Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. OBSERVED DAMAGE LID (OPENED SPACED) ON OUTSIDE RECEPTACLE (DUMPSTER).

OBSERVED AN ACCUMULATION OF ENCRUSTED DEBRIS ON POTATO SLICER IN THE KITCHEN AREA.TO PREVENT THE GROWTH OF BACTERIA THAT CAN LEAD TO AN FOODBORNE ILLNESS, (POTATO SLICER) SHALL BE CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO WASH, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE THE POTATO SLICER.
