PROVIDED THE PERSON IN CHARGE WITH VARIOUS FOOD SAFETY HANDOUTS. THE OPERATION IS A RISK LEVEL III AND PRACTICING RISK LEVEL IV ACTIVITIES ( REHEATING FOODS IN BULK). THE OPERATION SHALL UPGRADE FOOD LICENSE TO A RISK LEVEL IV.
