3717-1-05.1(C)(1) Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed water temperatures at a number of hand sinks below 100 degrees F. PIC researched the problem and was able to flip a switch on the main mixing valve that allowed the hot water to flow again. Problem corrected. |
3717-1-03.2(Q) Improper storage of food items. Observed tea dispensers that were not covered. Please keep tea dispensers covered to prevent possible contamination. |
