Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed a kitchen employee wiping nose with tissue and not washing hands after. Please review proper handwashing procedures with employees

Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed water temperatures at a number of hand sinks below 100 degrees F. PIC researched the problem and was able to flip a switch on the main mixing valve that allowed the hot water to flow again. Problem corrected.

Improper storage of food items. Observed tea dispensers that were not covered. Please keep tea dispensers covered to prevent possible contamination.
