Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Cutting board fitted to prep sink in the back of kitchen is worn and needs resurfaced or replaced. Ensure cutting board is smooth and easily cleanable.

No sanitizer test kit available. Facility has chlorine test strips, but uses Quat Sanitizer. Ensure the proper test strips are in the facility at all times and in use.

Cooking equipment or pan surfaces unclean. Observed microwave on cook line scorched on the inside, and with food debris. Repair or replace microwave.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed broken tile around mop sink. Ensure tile is replaced to be in compliance with the Ohio Food Code.
