Critical Repeat Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed stored clean kitchen utensils in a tub with food debris at bottom of tub. Ensure clean and sanitized utensils/equipment are stored in a manner that precludes possible contamination.

3717-1-03.2(K)
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed a bowl sitting in the fish flour. Ensure a scoop with a handle is used to distribute fish flour. Make sure scoop handle does not come in contact with the food item.

3717-1-04.4(B)
Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Cutting surface on the prep table in kitchen behind griddle is in need of resurfacing or a replaced cutting surface. Ensure cutting surface is able to be effectively cleaned and sanitized.
