Pre-licensing inspection conducted. Items to be addressed prior to opening: apply fresh coat of paint to mop sink area walls, caulk around mop sink, provide paper towel holders at front hand sink and restroom hand sink, move clean dish shelving into position next to dishwasher, move chemical storage above 3 compartment to other shelving. Facility approved for operations pending receipt of copy of final occupancy permit. License will be issued at that time.
