Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed clean utensils stored in a pan with debris in the bottom of it. PIC removed all to dish area. Suggested storing utensils on a higher shelf so not to collect debris .Ensure clean items are stored in a clean container or hang to store.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed the cooler next to the 2 eye burner and fryer with excessive grease build up. Ensure side of cooler is cleaned on a more frequent basis.
