Suggested storing utensils on a higher shelf so not to collect debris .Ensure clean items are stored in a clean container or hang to store. |
3717-1-04.5(D) Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed the cooler next to the 2 eye burner and fryer with excessive grease build up. Ensure side of cooler is cleaned on a more frequent basis. |
