| This investigation was conducted due to a complaint of cock roaches at the facility. This is a repetitive complaint that is received from both customers and employees. Pesticide application from a licensed pest control company is conducted weekly on the property. Please investigate and question employees as to times, locations, and circumstances of roach sightings. The FCHD has never been able to spot any roaches during regular inspections, but we would like Texas Roadhouse to investigate this further. |
