| Complaint received of customer experiencing a cock roach while opening wrapped silverware. Inspected the facility for cockroaches, including the silverware storage area and silverware wrapping area. Did not observe any cockroaches. Manager provided pest control receipts for weekly pest treatment and reviewed with manager the importance of emptying and removing incoming boxes from facility as quickly as possible, to continue weekly pest treatments, and to conduct own inspections regularly to ensure no pests have entered the building. |
