Ice machine needs to be cleaned on a regular basis.

Improper receptacles for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed no trash can by hand sink in kitchen.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed floors not smooth and easily cleanable. PIC stated there will be remodel in december or january.

3717-1-06.4(M)
Maintenance tools improperly stored. Observed mop head in 3 comp sink. PIC stated 3 comp sink is not used, but mops should be properly stored.

Employees breakroom improperly located. Observed employee not eating in designated area. Ensure all employees eat in areas allowed.
