| Follow up inspection to go over progress with action plan for pest control. Record of pesticide application was provided. Monitoring traps were inspected, all traps were empty except for one located beneath the PO system in the front of the kitchen; trap had 15 cockroach nymphs and one adult. PIC stated they have been working on the action plan and have vacuumed the dining room, and in spaces surrounding booths. They have installed air dryers in for the floors. Traps have been installed in ceilings and other areas, and ceilings are being routinely fogged. There is a plan for replacing walls in warewashing area with stainless steel. |
