Critical Observed debris on interior of ice machine. Ensure machine drained and cleaned.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified in this rule.

Mop sink area was to be painted and mop sink re-caulked prior to opening. Area has not been painted or sink caulked. Ensure items completed.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
