No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink located in the front of restaurant. Handsink did not have means to dry hands. Ensure handsink is stocked with paper towels at all times.

Critical Equipment food-contact surface is unclean. Ice scoop holder had residue build up in it. Ensure the ice scoop holder is cleaned and sanitized on a more frequent basis.

Repeat Floor not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed tears and missing vinyl in areas. PIC stated that the floors will be replaced. Ensure floors are smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent.
