3717-1-02.2 (B)
Critical Improper washing of hands and arms. Hot water wash not available at any of the kitchen hand sinks. Ensure that hot water is supplied to all handwashing sinks.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1)
Handwashing sinks water below 100°F at all hand sinks. Water was very cold at hand sinks. Provide required hot water at all hand sinks in the kitchen and rest-rooms.

3717-1-03.2(K)
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed lettuce cutting slicer and other kitchen equipment used and placed under prep table within being properly cleaned. Ensure that when staff are finished using equipment it is properly cleaned and don't permitted used, dirty equipment from being left for cleaning at a later time.

Clean equipment not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted. Observed half pan and full pan containers wet nested on shelf of facility. Ensure that dishwashing is conducted throughout morning production and items have time to air dry prior to being placed into storage.

Plumbing system not properly maintained. Observed leak on handsink drain pipe at rear hand sink. Repair drain pipe to prevent possible contamination.
