3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. OBSERVED CHEMICAL SPRAY BOTTLES (GLASS CLEANER) BEING STORED DIRECTLY OVER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AREA. ALL CHEMICALS NEED TO BE SEPARATED FROM FOOD EQUIPMENT AREAS TO PREVENT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. THE REACH-IN COOLER FOR THE BURRITOS AND THE FRONT REACH-IN COOLER FOR THE MILK BOTH NEED TO HAVE WORKING THERMOMETERS INSIDE THEM TO ENSURE THEY ARE HOLDING AT 41F OR BELOW. ALL COOLERS NEED TO HAVE WORKING THERMOMETERS TO ENSURE THEY ARE HOLDING AT 41F OR BELOW.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
The plumbing system was not properly maintained. THE FRONT HANDWASHING SINK NEAR THE ICED TEAS IS NOT WORKING. THE MANAGER IS ALREADY AWARE AND HAS ALREADY PLACED A SERVICE CALL TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. THE HANDWASHING SINK NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR EMPLOYEE USE.
A plumbing system shall be properly maintained.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. THE FLOOR TILE GROUT IS VERY LOW BY THE BACK PREP SINK AND BY THE FREND FRY FRYERS AREA. THE GROUT NEEDS TO BE AT THE PROPER LEVEL TO PREVENT WATER/DIRT BUILD-UP.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. THERE IS BUILD-UP OF FOOD DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR AREA UNDERNEATH THE PALLETS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZER. THE AREAS NEED TO BE CLEANED.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
