Critical Repeat Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. OBSERVED SCRATCHES ON THE SURFACES OF THE FRONT INTERNAL BAFFLE FOR THE LARGER ICE MAKER LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE WAREWASHING MACHINE. SURFACES EXPOSED TO SPLASH OR SPILLAGE SHOULD BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE TO ALLOW FOR EASIER CLEANING. ENSURE PART IS REPAIRED OR REPLACED TO HELP PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF EQUIPMENT AND OR ICE.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. OBSERVED THAT THE DRAIN SYSTEM FOR THE GREY UNDER-COUNTER ICE BIN CAMBRO NEAR THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAS NOT AIR GAP. CORRECTING - PIC STATED ICE BIN IS SET TO BE REPLACED AND DRAIN SYSTEM WILL BE ADDRESSED. ENSURE PLUMBING FOR UNIT IS REPAIRED OR REPLACED TO HELP PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF EQUIPMENT AND OR ICE.

Person in charge (PIC) was knowledgeable of safe cold storage, hot holding and cooking temperatures. Discussed food allergen protocol, and time in lieu of temperature/time stickers. No issued discovered. PIC tested food thermometer during inspection with cold method. Field calibration was not needed. Verified food safety certs, and vomit clean up procedure.
No violations pertaining to the Critical Control Point (Item 35) were observed during inspection.
