NO OBSERVED FUNCTIONAL THERMOMETERS IN THE NUGGET AND FISH FREEZERS, THAT ARE LOCATED TO THE LEFT OF THE FRYERS. NO OBSERVED THERMOMETER IN THE OJ DISPENSING MACHINE. ENSURE ALL COLD HOLDING UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH THERMOMETERS.

COVID COMPLIANCE - YES (MASKS, FLOORS MARKED IN THE FOH AND OUTSIDE, SANITIZER IS AVAILABLE, HEALTH CHECKS DAILY) THE DINING ROOM IS ALSO NOT BEING USED AT THIS TIME.

COMPLAINT NOTES: UPON ARRIVAL ALL EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. THE MANAGER IN QUESTION CAME IN AROUND 3 PM. DISCUSSED THE COMPLAINT WITH HIM. NOTICED DURING THE INSPECTION THAT HIS MASK FELL BELOW HIS NOSE. SUGGESTED TO PINCH THE TOP OF THE MASK SO THE MASK FITS BETTER AND DOES NOT SLIDE BELOW HIS NOSE. HE STATED HE HAS A NEW MASK ON ORDER. ALSO, NOTED A WORKER WHO HAD THE MASK BELOW HIS NOSE. ENSURE MASKS ARE FITTED PROPERLY TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID 19. COMPLAINT CLOSED.
