OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING: 1) BLACK BUILD-UP ON GREY DIVERTER PANEL INSIDE OF ICE MAKER 2) BROWN BUILD-UP IN SOME NOZZLES ON SODA FOUNTAIN IN DINING ROOM 3) PINK BUILD-UP INSIDE OF ICE CHUTE OF SODA FOUNTAIN IN DINING ROOM ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES AND UTENSILS ARE MAINTAINED CLEAN IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF FOOD AND TO PREVENT GROWTH OF HARMFUL PATHOGENS. PIC HAD THESE CLEANED.

ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE IN ORDER FOR ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED.

Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. OBSERVED PINK BUILD-UP IN ICE SCOOP HOLDER. ENSURE THAT THE ICE SCOOP IS STORED PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION IN BETWEEN USES. PIC HAD SCOOP AND HOLDER CLEANED.

Dispensing tube on bulk milk container not cut properly. OBSERVED CREAMER DISPENSER TUBE CUT STRAIGHT ACROSS. ENSURE ALL TCS FOODS DISPENSED THROUGH TUBES ARE NO LONGER THAN 1 INCH AND CUT AT A DIAGONAL ANGLE TO ALLOW REMAINING LIQUID TO DRIP OUT OF THE TUBE INSTEAD OF BEING HELD OUT OF TEMPERATURE.

Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. OBSERVED GREASE BUILD-UP ON GROUND AROUND GREASE BIN. ENSURE THAT THIS AREA IS MAINTAINED CLEAN TO PREVENT ATTRACTING PESTS AND TO KEEP GREASE OUT OF THE SEWER SYSTEM.

- COFFEE FILTERS ARE FOOD CONTACT SURFACES ON BOTH SIDES. ENSURE THAT COFFEE FILTERS ARE STORED INSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL BAG OR IN A CONTAINER IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION IN BETWEEN USES.
