Repeat Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Multiple sour cream and cottage cheese containers are being re-used for food storage containers.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Multiple pieces of non-commercial equipment (freezers, toaster, blender, microwave, and storage containers).

No sanitizer test kit available for the ware wash machine.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment are not clean (microwave, toaster, cold holding equipment, freezer, cooking equipment, bread warmer, storage racks and shelving).
