Observed flooring of MFSO to be in need of repairs. Floor surfaces was rusty and holes are forming to the outside. PIC stated that they will be installing a new floor and repainting once the weather conditions improve.

This Mobile Food Service Operation (MFSO) has undergone a standard pre-licensing inspection and has been approved to be licensed.
A signed application and license fee was received.

Recommend caulking and sealing around the drop-in hot holding equipment and stainless steel tables and resurfacing the floor.

Observed the MFSO to be properly setup at time of inspection. Observed a proper 3-compartment ware washing sink and designated hand washing sink setup. Observed proper hot and cold running water at the time of inspection. All required equipment was properly available at time of inspection (test strips, sanitizer, gloves, thermometers, food grade hose with backflow prevention device, soap, paper towels, etc.). Observed cold holding equipment was holding at 40 degrees F.

Provide proper ODH Choking poster, Clean-up kit and procedures, and verification that employees have been trained to report health issues related to food borne illness.
