Comments
Observed the FSO to be very clean. Most of the violations observed during the last inspection have been corrected. Managers were demonstrating urgency to comply.

Single-use Beverage containers display has been moved to the back line but the mouth contact areas are exposed.

Managers are working developing a procedure for the stirring spoons to ensure proper ware washing is occurring. A procedure may want to include the blenders ( with lids) as well to ensure each is washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 4 hours.

Managers stated that the may be renovation to preparation line. Please contact the KCHD once the plans are finalized. Based on the details provided at the time of inspection, the project will need to be completed through A Food Facility Review to ensure compliance with the Ohio Food rules.

All violations and notes will be rechecked at the next standard inspection.
