| Ensure the drainage line from the condensing unit in the walk-in is directed into a floor drain with an air gap. Floors, walls, and ceiling shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Any damages in the facility shall be repaired to allow for cleaning. Sinks shall be secured and sealed to the walls. Main hand sink appeared unsecured. Employee restrooms shall be in good working order. The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during the follow-up inspection. |
