3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple pieces of equipment no longer used and being stored in the facility.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors under and around the high temp dish machine not maintained clean. Observed liquid spille dunderneath the machine, ensure rinse aid line is not leaking.

Comments
The operation was currently not in operation. The kitchen is being used to warewash equipment and utensils from downstairs (2nd floor catering kitchen). Smoker equipment is also being used.
Per discussion with PIC, the facility is rented out for events (meals prepared downstairs) and has no plan to open the kitchen for operation.
Flooring that is no longer durable, smooth, and easily cleanable shall be repaired or replaced.

Please contact the KCHD once the FSO is ready to reopen and able to serve foods to customer.
The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
