| Complaint on 20-Sep-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent COVID complaint. The customer was concerned that proper COVID guidelines were not being followed. At time of inspection, proper COVID protocols (masks, signs, social distancing, employee screening, cleaning, etc.) were discussed with the PIC. All proper COVID guidelines were being followed at time of inspection. |
